Refund and Return Policy*

At spectaclewala.com, we offer you the flexibility to return, exchange, or request a refund for your purchase under the following conditions:

1. *Timely Request:* Requests for return, exchange, or refund must be made within 72 hours of receiving the products through our website.

2. *Intact Packaging:* Ensure that the price tag, other identification tags, the invoice, and the original packaging remain intact and are sent back with the product.

3. *Product Condition:* The product should not have been used, damaged, or have any scratches that diminish its value in any way.

4. *Order Information:* Please mention the order number and date of order when making the return request.

5. *Invoice Requirement:* Return the product with its invoice; failure to provide the invoice will render the product non-returnable.

6. *Proper Packaging:* Seal the return package securely before sending it back to the Company to avoid damage during transit. Damaged products will not be considered for return or refund.

7. *Expert Assessment:* Our experts will inspect the returned product to determine its eligibility for return.

8. *Refund Initiation:* Refunds will be initiated only after confirmation from our experts.

9. *Exchange Priority:* Exchange for the same product will be prioritized; if the same product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

10. *Refund Deductions:* Refund amounts for eyeglasses will exclude fixed shipping charges (70 INR), reverse shipping charges (100 INR), and 50% of the lens price as per the invoice. Refunds for frames, sunglasses, and computer glasses orders will exclude fixed shipping charges (70 INR), reverse shipping charges (100 INR), and fixed convenience charge (99 INR).

11. *Refund Timeline:* Refunds will be initiated within 15 days after confirmation from our experts, deducting applicable charges (shipping, COD, and lens price). Post processing the refunds, the amount will be credited to original mode of payment in 5-7 business days

*Note:* Please ensure that the glasses are free from scratches, frames are not bent or twisted, all screws and embedments are intact, and the product is returned with its original box, instructions, and guarantee.

*Bank Account Credit:* Applicable refund amounts will only be credited to the customer’s bank account.

Additionally, you have the option to exchange the product for a voucher or choose a different product of the same price. If selecting a product of higher value, the price difference will be payable by the customer; if choosing a product of lower value, no refund will be issued for the difference.
